1-1-16 value creation: Align !

-         You don't have unlimited time, energy, resources. You have to make decisive  choices sometimes if not all the time
-         Your customers too are making choices all the time, comparing you with competitors, criticizing you
-          Getting feedback and studying your customers make you figure out what your customers value more at a particular moment
-         The time factor I've stated to just notify you that in many businesses customers have changing interests with time (think: food, clothes, age, drinks, seasons)
-         You both of you are making choices

-         Aligning your choices you are making (the iteration cycle choices :) with your customers' choices; is the fastest way to start getting the market interest and making money out of that
